Daniel Boone was born in Pennsylvania, but lived in North Carolina before moving to Kentucky. He died in Missouri in 1820 and his remains were reinterred in the Frankfort, Kentucky, Cemetery in 1845. Courtesy of the Kentucky Historical Society.
